ABOUT ME:

I first turned to structural integration (SI) in 2004 after trying several other modalities that did not yield any results.  The chronic wrist & shoulder tension were finally relieved as the Rolfer addressed the body’s most prominent structural imbalances and tissue restrictions.  I resumed regular physical activities without issue, and became more aware of how to move my body with greater ease.  To this day, the original wrist and shoulder issue has not returned, and I get “SI tune ups” as needed to maintain functional alignment.
