I love to learn and to share what I learn with others and this is reflected in my Rolfing practice. I believe the greatest gift I can give you as a client is better awareness and connection in your body, because by understanding our bodies we are empowered to live and move more sustainably. This awareness and understanding was the key to overcoming my own chronic pain and I’m excited to help others to develop agency over their own body issues and to get back to living life to the fullest.
