Sue Trask
Hi, I’m Sue…
I live in southwest Ontario close to the shores of Lake Huron. I left mainstream healthcare after 30 years and became a Certified Rolfer™. I discovered Rolfing® while exploring ways to age gracefully and reduce chronic pain, following several years of sitting at a desk.
After experiencing Rolf Movement™ and having my own ten series, I was able to move more freely and without pain – I felt like I was aging in reverse!
Next thing I knew I was in Boulder, Colorado studying at the Dr Ida Rolf Institute so I could share this amazing work with others.
I’m a Certified Rolfer ™ and Level 3 MLD Lymphedema Therapist. I am also a Lavender farmer and homesteader. Nothing makes me happier than helping people reduce pain, improve their mobility, balance and feel better in their bodies.
