My way of seeing tells me of the essential need/value in encouraging a conscious and structural integration of our physical (animal) self with our persona-identity self. Nouns  are basically semantic ideas about what a thing is. Unfortunately, the term body is a limiting idea that has our consciousness seeing our body more as a taxi rather than the dynamic and complex psycho-somatic psycho-spiritual organism that we are. The life (Life) that we, as a person, emerge from is in truth our Ultimate Other.
