I’ve been Rolfing for over 30 years and am also a Rolfing Movement teacher and an Aston Kinetics practitioner. my Rolfing training has been primarily witj Ida’s original  teachers  or her students. I spent many years doing Continuum with Emile Conrad and Susan Harper and have been doing yoga since I was very young. And I’m kind of a farm girl.  In so many ways, Rolfing is the best thing that ever happened to me.    Well wishes on your Rolfing journey.
