At 49 years old, Rolfing entered my life as a necessary point of personal evolution. A deep subconscious longing for transformation opened the door to a world of wonder and mystery. Though founded on the physiology of “fascia”, the “connectedness” has taken my journey into an expansion of self which has not been accessed previously. I feel deeply blessed and grateful.
