While competing around the world for synchronized swimming, Candace Caskey developed a passion for people and teamwork, and learned first hand the importance of addressing muscular and structural imbalances. From 2001 to 2010 she trained 25-30 hours per week, and it was by working with several professionals to address muscular and structural imbalances, that she was able to excel and become a highly decorated athlete competing at the National and International level. Candace is most proud of having been named a member of the 2006 Canadian National Team for synchronized swimming, and now wants to help others who could benefit from Rolfing Structural Integration, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.

She moved from Toronto to Edmonton in 2018,  and re-started her business “Peak Rolfing” here in Edmonton Alberta. Now having her own family with 4 small children she has taken on some specialty focuses, while being a well-established practitioner in Edmonton.
– Preparing Woman’s bodies for Pregnancy, Pregnancy support, and Postpartum to help Mothers reclaim their bodies.
– Improve Athletic performance, whether that be your golf swing, or any other specific athletic movement. Or for artistic athletes to improve their toe point or knee extension.
-All topics relating to the cranium, TMJ, deviated septum, improving nasal breathing / snoring.   (Not all practitioners can perform inter-nose work due to the size of their hands compared to the size of the nasal passage of their clients.) This is a topic I’m particularly passionate about and was absolutely life changing for myself with previously chronic debilitating migraines.
