I am an Advanced Certified Rolfer, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the Collehge of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I was first certified as a Rolfer by the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute (Boulder, CO) in 2015, and have also studied Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute and Craniosacral therapy at the Cranial Therapy Centre (Toronto). I have done thousands of hours of mentoring and training in both manual and movement therapies.
