I’m Joe Bally, your friendly neighbourhood Rolfer. I graduated from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 1995, and became a Certified Advanced Rolfer in 2002. I had a full time practice in Calgary for fourteen years, and moved to the Comox Valley in 2009 in order to slow down and smell the rhododendrons. In addition to the soft tissue component of Rolfing I find that slow gentle spinal manipulation helps relieve low back, neck and shoulder pain. Prior to becoming a Rolfer I acquired a Bachelor of Education degree, a Diploma in Photographic Technology, Certification as a Life Skills Coach, and training in massage therapy.
